I don't understand the stray animals either. I think it's sad. Sure we have stray cats in Sweden, but there are organizations trying to catch and spay them and also there is animal control.
Du den där måsen borrar verkligen blicken i dig;-) En once in a lifetime shot - verkligen.
So sad about the stray animals. Our dog Lindy was a stray, nobody knows for how long, but she was picked up by the SPCA. Their people realized how sweet and loving she is, so turned her over to a rescue society, and we found her there. Your photo of the gull is certainly a once in a lifetime shot. Face to face, eye to eye - wonderful! -- K

Two great shots. It's difficult for me to understand stray animals running the streets. In Canada it just dose not happen because of animal control.

Beautiful photos. What a lovely cat and dog. How can people discard animals like this? I don't understand that sort of thinking.
SvaraRaderaI love the seagull looking you right in the eye. I wonder what it is thinking?
Looks like that gull is looking right down the lens. Nice pics.
SvaraRaderaLovely photos but how sad that so many dogs and cats must fend for themselves!
SvaraRaderaHärliga bilder, hunden o katten var fina och tyvärr börjar deras djurhållning sprida sej hit.
SvaraRaderaMåsen ser lite sur ut;-))
Ha en skön Påskafton;-)
Lovely photos, the doggie and kitty shot is sad since they are strays, we have the same problem in the US, I don't understand it.

Both shots are wonderful but that last one is unbelievable!
SvaraRaderaThat gull shot, face on, is amazing! Thank you for visiting my camera critters.
SvaraRaderaI really feel for the stray animals. I wish they could all have a home. Both are wonderful shots, but my favorite is the gull!
